The BLOGGIES sent are numbered and registered, each BLOGGIE has a serial number that will be assigned once the piece is finished. The client who buys a BLOGGIE will have his name registered next to the serial number, making him the sole owner of that piece, always acknowledging the intellectual property of BLOGGIE ART TOYS & MORE. If the person who makes the purchase is not the one who will own that AR TOY BLOGGIE, they must specify it for the realization of the product sheet, which will be accompanied in a brochure with the illustrator's signature, the series and the date. The same person cannot own 2 BLOGGIES of the same model*, thus avoiding illegal sales of the piece. THEY ARE LIMITED EDITIONS. *SUGAR models are exempt from this standard.
Shipping & Returns
Package shipping
As a general rule, packages are sent between 2 and 3 WEEKS once payment is received, through the carrier with tracking number and delivery without signature. If you prefer another type of shipping, send us an email to request information, and an additional charge will apply. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. Handling charges are set at a fixed price, while transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package, country, day,... We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply to each individually. We are not responsible for any damage your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
Cancellation or Returns
The cancellation of the reservation will be possible during the 72 hours after the acceptance of the payment. Once, after that period, you will not be able to cancel and you will have to assume the payment of the complete ART TOY, only, the shipping costs will be reimbursed.
As they are limited editions and hand painted, once the reservation is made and the subsequent shipment, you will not be able to return the product, since it is a unique and exclusive artisan product with the illustrator's signature and serial number.
